1. The Congressional Research Service comes out with a report confirming that lowering taxes on the rich does not stimulate economic growth.
2. Nobody notices.
3. GOP howls and shrieks with outrage, probably joined by Jesus and his scrappy, loveable sidekick, Baby Jesus.
4. The group withdraws the report under pressure.
5. Aaaaaaaaaaand because of that, now everybody knows about it.

I look forward for the inevitable blaming of the "left-wing media", any minute now.
