RIP Reg Presley

Nobody gives a shit  People have been hounding me to come up with a way to make the death of Reg Presley about myself, so I offer this:

I’ve met plenty of celebs since moving to NYC, but none bigger than Chip Taylor – dude wrote Wild Thing AND Angel of the Morning!!!! How is that fucking possible? AND, just to show how much cooler than us he is, took a break from music for 20 years to be a professional gambler!! AND he invented the assfuck! Okay, no, that’s a lie. BUT, to top it off, he’s Angelina Jolie’s uncle. Fucking a.

As you can see earlier I've been in a Troggs mood all day. Sometimes I wonder if they're a somewhat over-looked, undercredited band, as much as a band who rocked Wild Thing can be. Besides being the second coolest dude ever named Presley, Reg Presley wrote some awesome fucking classic slices (though Wild Thing, like Angel of the Morning, was written by the incredible Chip Taylor.)
