THIS GUY HERE took sitting portraits of the 12 remaining British veterans from World War I.

Wait, wtf - THERE ARE STILL PEOPLE LIVING THAT FOUGHT IN WWI??!!?!?

Christ, this still shocks me as it did a few years ago.

And yet Britain's most noble soldier, at least about two days a week before his weekly trips home, was taken from us so long ago. Sigh.
