We're Living in a Golden Age of Toast

Via a few years ago:

I wanna open the (presumably) first restaurant centered around simple buttered white toast.  I wanna become the Peter Lugers of buttered white toast.

The Time of Xmastime may be nigh, although unlike these fancy-schmancy joints mine would be $1 buttered white toast ONLY.
