Of course we all know Michael Jordan's famous flu game, but I never knew until now that during the game Walter Payton ran for a then-record 275 yards he also had the flu, with a 101-degree temperature. So I guess my question is...what is it about Chicago athletes that turn in iconic games with the flu? (Searching internet to find a game featuring Ernie Banks puking behind the dugout between every inning of a doubleheader with a 103-degree temp.)
