One of the funnier things about Joe Strummer is he went missing during the recording sessions for Combat Rock and they finally found him...running the Paris marathon. How the fuzz do you go from being Joe Strummer in a punk rock band to suddenly running 26 miles in 4 hours 13 minutes??
Oh - AND he originated the phrase "DEEZ NUTS" on that very day as well! Nice job, Joe!
