I've blathered many times - as recently as June - about how overlooked Boycie's great line, "Albert your mini-cab has arrived" line is, and today there's a short article about how underrated the line is:
When Rodney is struggling to find work, Del gets him a job but fails to mention to his brother that he'll be working for the local funeral director as a chief mourner.
Later in the episode, Rodney leads a funeral procession down a one-way street after becoming distracted threatening Del, who is watching the carnage unfold from the side of the street.
And then Boycie has one of his best lines of the show, remarking to Albert "Your mini cab's arrived".
It' a bummer that it apparently took the death of the great John Challis for this to come to surface, but better late than never I guess.
Enjoy!
