Before he was Del Boy, David Jason starred as Granville in Open All Hours, which ran 1976-1985. This means that for a coupla years, Jason was on both shows simultaneously, both of which are iconic BBC sitcoms and are always on any best-of list. Incredible!

(Ironically the exact same can be said for Jason's cast mate and beloved mentor Ronnie Barker, also pictured here, who simultaneously starred in Open All Hours and the cemented-into-the-pantheon-forever Porridge)
