Food Time!

I've posted before about Famous Literary Meals, but it's occurred to me to wonder what is an iconic meal for a certain time period? For example, I submit that there is nothing more American in 1979 than drinking Miller Lite out of a pitcher while eating pepperoni pan pizza at a Pizza Hut. Fancy tablecloths, fat candles, waiter inexplicably carefully serving everybody at the table their first piece; the whole thing.

Any other ideas, people?
