The absurdity of Christianity being so all-powerful to so many for thousands of years and having such a real-life, tangible effects on all of our lives - whether we want them or not - is even more absurd based on its insanely low bar for acceptance; the only key to being accepted is saying “sure, I can believe in that shit too” and there’s no tests, no nothing, just “yeah, me too that’s great”. It’s more difficult to get approved to buy deodorant at a CVS than it is to become a member of the single-most powerful group in human history. I mean, WTF?
