I remember about 15 years ago finally reading that the reason Jews eat at Chinese restaurants for Christmas dinner is 1) they don't mix meat & dairy (leading to my thesis that that's the reason they're bad drivers!!) 2) they're open on Christmas Day.
But I'd never seen the two worlds of Christmas & Chinese cuisine colliding until right now. You're welcome, Earth!
