NOTES FOR NEXT TIME:
- one less egg so the egg/filling ratio is better
- let pizza cool down so the cheese & toppings can come off all together to be placed in the center of omelette as a single layer for greater bite impact
- Wegmans is great but this will pop a lot more with that sweet, sweet Pizza Hut sponsorship $$$$
