Ab Whack

In spite of Joanna Lumley being on my BBC Loverly Ladies List I've never really bothered getting into Absolutely Fabulous; it always seemed a little too chaotic for me, like The Young Ones with grown women. But in watching the first episode right now it's pretty crazy to see that the very first scene is 13 minutes of Jennifer Saunders & her daughter in a kitchen and then Lumley - the co-lead of the show - finally shows up onscreen for the first time. Maybe it's not quite as off-puttingly chaotic as I'd always thought? 🤔🤷‍♂️
