College Application Pressure in the Social Media Era

'Tis the season for parents to proudly start posting around on social media whatever colleges their kid is applying to, with many updates along the way culminating with an ebullient "Baby Boy, Jr. got into Dipshit U!"; just once I’d like to see someone take us on this social media journey for months and in the end just come out & say yeah you know what the kid didn’t get in anywhere 🤷‍♂️.
