We started out with punk rock living legend Ivan Julian recording the drums; I remember I had a cold and was slugging orange juice. The record took a while, it flowed through several hands and years, from Will to Dave & The Barber and back, but I'm as proud of it as I am of anything I've ever done. I'm both impressed and depressed it all started 20 years ago. But again, proud. LISTEN TO IT HERE.
Also, I'd forgotten about Reel to Reel's SINGLE OF THE MONTH CLUB, of which Hayday crushed of course. ALSO AGAIN: I have exactly ZERO memory of the working title for the album being Don't Encourage Us. 🤣
