Fry Harder...or Don't, What the Hell Do I Care

I feel like we all probably have some sort of list of tv episodes that somehow over the years have become super-iconic to us, to the point of seemingly remembering every voice inflection or head movement. This episode of Good Eats is on that list for me; I always loved the show and many of its episodes but somehow this one has always been burned into my brain even since it debuted all the way back in 2001. I guess it makes sense since I spent a lot of time in the early 00's learning how to make fried chicken, but still. Always welcome to my peepers. (Also, pretty much every episode of the first few seasons of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares would be on this list.)
