TV Questions and Yes, I'm Neck-Deep in a Big CURB Rewatch (Again)

What are some examples of the first episode of a sitcom you loved? Not necessarily the first episode you watched, but one that you remember as being the one that made you notice/want to become a fan of the show?

Two examples I’ve always thought of are:

Murder, She Roast - Wings
Beloved Aunt - Curb Your Enthusiasm
