Bob Dylan, 'Bringing It All Back Home' and 'Highway 61 Revisited' (1965)
The Beatles, 'Help!' and 'Rubber Soul' (1965)

BUT.

The very idea that The Ramones' beyond-brilliant 1977 Irish stepchildren Leave Home & Rocket to Russia not only are not on this list but are not #1 on this list!! immediately render this list invalid and inexcusable. 😡😡😡😡

UPDATED: leaving off Husker Du's 1985 1-2 punch of New Day Rising and Flip Your Wig is almost as irresponsible.
