If I had to bet on anything right now, it's that Republicans are learning that someone PRETENDING to want to be a fascist dictator as president is more $$$$ than ELECTING someone who wants to be a fascist dictator; elections will be a constant “HITLER VS. DEMOCRATS FOR THE FUTURE OF EARTH!!” and they won’t win but the $$$$$$ will never dry up.

I do believe you have it backwards, Mr. Wilson. The democrats have learned that theyy score more campaign funds when they can run against an incumbent republican.
They don't have to fight for any substantive changes and just sit back and yell "fascist" and watch the money pile up.
And none of the monumental problems are addressed, let alone changed. . . .
