Xmastime: Always Learning. 😞

I first walked into The Turkey's Nest in January 1998 and it was easily the favorite/most iconic of all our local bars; I wouldn't doubt it for a moment if you told me I EASILY spent 1,000 nights in there over the 15 years I lived in Williamsburg (it was pre-streaming tv, and 5 years of it was before I even had a cell phone so this was kind of just how we moved around our days. It was great).

And even after all those countless hours there, when I glanced at this photo & immediately assumed it was like from the 1930s; rather, it's of the decade before I got there. 😬 🤔🤷‍♂️
