ANYhow so I finally burned through it and it absolutely is up there with The Office and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia as the best network sitcoms of the first decade of the 21st century, and this was the moment that absolutely sealed the deal for me, one of the single-most hilarious moments I've ever seen on tv. After 20 years I've finally watched Arrested Development. When it first came out I was like oh shit this should be a amazing, right up my alley, but for some reason I remember watching the first 10 minutes and just being "meh" and I never went back to, despite people constantly barraging me with "ohmygodhowhaveyounotwatcheditalreadyyoudloveit!?!?!?!?!"
