For some reason, when I note an historical anniversary as stated "Today in history..." I'm cool just knowing it and getting on with my life, but if the messaging is something like "50 years ago tonight at 8:30 such and such happened..." then I'm running around my apartment squealing with glee thinking when that time comes I'm gonna feel part of some magical connection to the event, which of course is just about as ridiculous a thing you could come up right now if you tired. 🤷♂️
