ALSO....

...this new thing of enjoying Trump's dementia setting in more & more every day is dangerous; he can't get some sort of pass while trying to become Hitler II because we start to think he's just some harmless fuddy-duddy. Bush is a war criminal who immediately got Warm & Fuzzy Grandpa Status because he liked painting and then was quickly revealed as not being Donald Trump, so we let him off the hook. But Trump is a singularly dangerous piece of shit with millions of cult members desperate to avenge him; if he loses and then we decide to not fucking punish him for his 34+ felonies (so far) with everything we have because "oh, he's harmless Grandpa now" (plus, of course the media will pull its usual hand-wringing "oh no, does America have the stomach to hold the president accountable?" bullshit) then it'll just be the latest final nail in the "let's stop even pretending we're gonna old rich people accountable for any of their monstrous acts" coffin.
