A Question on the Soundtrack for the Movie SINGLES

Of course I know Paul Westerberg had two songs in the movie and gets a big fat "MUSIC BY PAUL WESTERBERG" in the opening credits (which I've always thought was funny since the movie is all "this is Seattle, folks!" and the “music by” is not only somebody who has no connection to Seattle but also somebody who has an incredibly strong connection to another city's music scene that pretty much any real fan of rock at the time watching Singles would be aware of) but I don't remember hearing Bastards of Young in it at all? Like, even it was just the notes plucked quietly for some plaintive moment, and I literally just watched the movie again so you'd think I'd have noticed/remembered it? 🤔🤷‍♂️
