Look Out for The Vig!

It's funny how throughout The Sopranos everybody was constantly knocking out percentage numbers for possible deals to be made on out of thin air during brief meetups & then later on at some point some fat envelopes would get handed around but we never saw HOW any of this happened. How was everybody keeping track of how much everybody owed everybody else? How'd they collect their calculated weekly percentages, I mean did Chrissy have an Excel spreadsheet he was working on or some shit? And everybody always remembered every percentage number thrown out in any random meeting at any time? And who was going around checking to see if everybody's numbers were actually matching up with all these tossed-off-into-thin-air deals? 🤔🤷‍♂️
