...it's funny that the very generation of people who freaked out about having to face the emergence of rock & roll music, absolutely terrified it would destroy everything they held dear, were the exact same people who barely 10 years earlier had faced the emergence of the Nazis; if there was ever a group of people who deserved to be nonplussed wasn’t it these people? I mean can you imagine surviving the beaches of Normandy and then coming back and shitting your pants because of Little Richard? 🤔🤷♂️
