What's so incredible about the ongoing insanely dangerous craziness that is the Trump presidency is that it's all self-inflicted; hundreds of thousands of lives
(if not more) are being upended & ruined NOT because of a foreign invader or financial catastrophe nobody could foresee but rather because of the childish whims of someone we elected to the highest office in the land not once, but twice.
If you wanna make a little lemonade out of it all then as a bit of a modest proposal you'd hafta say this must be the goings-on of a truly privileged nation that has to go out of its own way to find problems for itself, which of course only makes it that much more tragic in that it just doesn't have to be this way.
