Distant but Existant

Recently I stumbled into owning a pair of prescription glasses for free that happen to almost be my exact prescription and I'm gonna continue to enjoy them until I promptly lose them, but until then I'm happy to report that these glasses are directly responsible for my learning after an entire year of living at my current apartment that one can see the Jefferson Memorial from my couch. Which, apparently, looks like what I'd imagine something called Skull Island would look like. Hey, who knew? 🤷‍♂️🕺
