This is what happens when as a nation we insist on only voting for/choosing leaders who are billionaires so out of touch with reality they see the downfall of entire economic markets as a game to be played & won and treat federal workers as faceless video game pieces to be vanquished in concert with squeals of glee in the room; then we clutch our collective pearls with ghastly horror when they say shit like "oh, just sit tight for a year or so" or "oh don't worry Grandma can go a few months or so without getting her Social Security check".
