Life. It's Really Happening, Isn't It?

One time I had to have surgery on both of my big toes and I don’t know how long that surgery was, probably only an hour or two, but when I came to I distinctly remember what my surgeon looked like and it was 100% exactly like this poor bastard and if I told you how much the assistant asleep in the corner looks exactly like the assistant from my surgery you wouldn’t believe me for a second, but it’s true. 🤷‍♂️
