I know things got a little testy between Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson after Jackson bought out The Beatles' song catalog right out from underneath him, but how was Jackson able to resist doing a cover of a Beatles song after that? I mean, wouldn't that have blown the roof off of the top of the pops at the time, going straight to the top of the charts & parking there for weeks? How did this not happen?How has it been 40 years & I've never heard anybody else mention this? 🤔🤷♂️
