GEORGE: This could have been a huge mistake.
JERRY: Well, it doesn't sound like you completely thought this through.
GEORGE: What should I do?
JERRY: Maybe you can just go back.
GEORGE: Go back?
JERRY: Yeah. Pretend like it never happened.
GEORGE: You mean just walk into the staff meeting on Monday morning like it never happened?
JERRY: Sure. You're an emotional person. People don't take you seriously.
GEORGE: Just..go back. Pretend the whole thing never happened.
JERRY: Never happened.

One of the most famous scenes in The Beatles' Get Back documentary is when George quits the band and walks out, presumably forever, and of course by the next Monday he'd been coaxed into returning.

Which means I'm now furious that it's taken me 1,294 days after rather brilliantly live-blogging the moment to connect the dots enough to riff about how someone needs to make a video wherein Harrison just does a full-on Costanza & just shows up to work Monday morning as if nothing had happened - can we get some AI genius onboarded to make this video happen please and thank yooooouuuuuuuuuuuuu.
