I think I've always been under the impression that if I want my thermostat to go from 72 degrees to 67 degrees it will work much harder than if I ask it to go from 72 degrees to 70 degrees & I'm only now realizing you know what I think my thermostat has a "I’ll get to 70 degrees when I get to 70 degrees & I’ll get to 67 degrees when I get to 67 degrees" policy.
