Ranking The Beatles Album Covers

The Beatles (The White Album) – inevitable, obvious, iconic & only they could've done it
Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band – every album cover that came after it was affected by this, one way or another
A Hard Day’s Night – warm & fuzzy & frenzied all jumping off the album jacket
Abbey Road – so iconic they renamed the recording studio after it
Rubber Soul – the warmest simply by color palette, also maybe the most innovative with the whole fish-lens thing
With The Beatles – this is so iconic I feel like I knew it before I even knew who The Beatles even were?
Revolver – cold in its thin black & whiteness but thrilling in that it doesn’t even bother with the name of the band
Beatles for Sale – people make a big deal out of them looking tired but I always think of New York City in Autumn whenever I look at it
Let It Be – nothing much to it, better than Help! Just because Help! Is so bleached out in whiteness and Please Please Me just looks like a confusing mess.
Help! – see Let it Be
Please Please Me - see Let it Be
