OH. MY. GOD. 😡😡😡😡

Via the Gimme Some Truth podcast, we hear about an early demo of Lennon's She Said She Said:

At the end of the earliest available demo, where John still sang, “He Said”. Paul was present & can be heard discussing the song with John.

25 minutes of home recorded composing tapes and demos of the song exists in private hands. A cassette compilation of these recordings, originally given by John to Yoko Ono's previous husband Tony Cox in 1970, was auctioned by Christie's in London in 2002 for nearly 60,000 pounds. Out of 25 minutes, less than 4 minutes of the tape circulate.

HOW WAS THIS NOT ON THE 2022 REVOLVER BOX SET??!??!!? 😡😡😡😡  THAT IS A GODDAM OUTRAGE; not only is it an amazing artifact, but it sounds incredible!! I love love LOVE the different, jumpy melody he uses and at the end when he modulates I wanna jump up and...well, do whatever it is people do whenever they jump up. 

How exciting is this? The podcast episode is trying to figure out if Paul actually played bass on She Said She Said or not and I haven't even come close to bothering with the rest of the episode (yet).
