This Guy Should Be President Next

Like pretty much everyone else I'd never heard of Brad Lander, the current New York City comptroller, whatever the hell that is, but he's fucking hilarious here how he so cheerfully para-diddles these idiots trying to catch him in some sort of "gotcha!" moment while kinda looking like he's the Lucky Charms leprechaun, I love this guy!

ALSO: I have no idea who the Chairman is they cut to twice but he couldn't stop laughing at something, and it was either someone cut one next to him or he was seeing what I was seeing.
