It's funny how big corporations all of a sudden become socialists when things go tits-up, ain't it? Where's their boot-straps now? I'm just glad every Katrina refugee is obviously taken care of by now. Hmm.
But oh no no, the "experts" are telling us. We HAD to bail them out; otherwise the entire global economy would collapse. We'd all be living in tar shacks, they're screaming. Funny. I'm no expert (no, really) but I got a feeling the people that are saying this are workng for the same people that are trying to scare us into staying in Iraq, that unholy horror will break loose if we leave. I'm not smart enuff to figure it out, but there's a connection there. The super-rich getting super-richer, the rest of us falling for Halloween tactics. Great.
