Another Myth That Needs to End on Tuesday
Small towns aren’t automatically more “American” than anywhere else. In fact, simply staying put, stewing in your own juices not pushing for something better seems like the ANTITHESIS of America to me. I can't recall any quotes from founding fathers or pioneers that included "fuck it, this is good enough."

yeah, you can stew in your own juices and not push for anything better in a big city too. So there!
I find this hard to believe coming from a guy living in Williamsburg who's seen the worst of "let's move to the city and make our name!"
