Looks like my guy John Edwards will be speaking at Indiana University. Hope this speech, his first since news of his affair, is uninterrupted by a certain you-know-who.
I met Knight several times in grade school, he was a big proponent of reading programs and had one of his own for awhile. Sat behind the bench at few games while I was in high school, but never even saw him in my periphery while I was actually at school in Bloomington. Three months after he got fired, I run into him on Madison Avenue and 66th in front of an Ann Taylor Loft store. He's holding a giant shopping bag and wearing a plaid newsboy cap. Weird fucking picture, I'm telling you.
