Crabs


I'm 36 years old and I still can not wrap my head around the soft-shell crab. Do you just eat the whole thing, shell/legs and all? Wtf?

Conversely, I'm mildly surprised I don't eat all my food like this.*

It took me years, but now I am hooked. If harvested correctly, the shell is merely a little crunchy so it gives it all texture. When you are in RVA sometime, I will take you by Louisiana Flair for a good softshell po boy.
