I don't know if you could say it was their first roles but Sean Penn as Spicoli and Brad Pitt as Floyd from True Romance come close.
Spicoli's a good one. But I might see his role as a lot bigger than Wooderson. and ive...cough...never seen true romance.the only problem with affleck is it takes you 20 viewings to realize its him. and them you still dont believe it! :)
I'll vote with TheGnat on the Spiccoli reference. And for her work in the same flick, let's give Phoebe Cates best supporting actress evah!
