Elvis Presley

Elvis is the King. The best white singer ever; certainly the best white gospel singer. Dude could sing anything; like that old Eddie Murphy riff about him acting, "fuck it, let him sing his lines."

EXCEPT.

I just realized dude couldn't sing Little Richard to save his life. And he knew it, you can kinda hear it as he sings, too - "really? I don't think so, but fuck it, it's almost lunch time."

Ironically, he also kinda sucked covering Hey Jude, of course a song by the one guy that almost could out-Little Richard Little Richard. Ah well.
