I've wondered myself if in a final episode of Seinfeld Good Samaritan Law kinda way if it's even legal for Obama to not pursue prosecution for those responsible once it's proven that there was indeed torture, and THIS GUY SAYS NO.
Now I wonder that if this is so, does it give Obama political cover should it happen? "Oh, gee, WE didn't wanna send the hounds, but these guys are making us..."? Interesting.
