Is it time to finally admit that Rumor Willis, despite the best efforts of her DNA, is shit-tastically ugly? Looks like one of those "if so & so and so & so had a baby" freak things on Conan's show, but hideously all too real.

While I'm not feeling it, I don't think she's that beer goggles-worthy. But she does remind me of Chelsea Clinton, who inherited the least attractive qualities of 2 reasonably attractive people. Except that in Rumer's case her parents are way better looking than the Clintons. So, it's worse, actually.
