HOWEVER.
This play, like Daniel Murphy's drop a while back, will unleash 24 hours of douchebags who were 3rd string backups on their Little League teams to scream "he shoulda used two hands!!! two hands!!!!" He will smarmily try to impress his girlfriend that HE could play 2b better than Castillo, since his tee-ball coach once told him to "use two hands" should he ever actually make it on to the playing field.
Shut the fuck up. Castillo, and every other major leaguer, has caught more popups with one hand than you've scratched your balls; if I had a gun to my head and could only be saved if either you catch a fly ball with "two hands" or Castillo with one of his eyelids, I'm picking Castillo.
Oh well. A win's a win! :)
ps - kudos for Texiera to be running the whole play so that he could score from first. I would've been jerking off in the showers when Castillo dropped the ball.
