I'm watching some reunion special for Happy Days. I do not know why there isn't a tv channel that runs Happy Days 24/7; it's hard to believe myself how big a deal Happy Days was when I was a kid. It was everywhere, hit every cultural touchstone and seemed incredibly American at the time. Plus, although people remember it now as a cozy, comfy show, the first nuch of seasons were actually very, VERY funny. I fucking love Happy Days.
And The Fonz is STILL the coolest.
And about 30 seconds into this clip is the greatest outtake of all time (and bonus, references my favorite ever scene, when Fonzie shows Richie how to hit on chicks in the supermarket. couldn't find that clip.)
