Detainees, Even if Acquitted, Might Not Go Free
I'm sure there's some legal mumbo-jumbo I don't understand about this, but right now it smells pretty shitty on Obama's part. We expected such things from Bush, but not Obama. Does Obama want to be Bush - is this the greatest instance of a black guy wanting to be a white guy since Michael Jackson? That makes me sad, cause if you didn't know already, he died :(
