Right to bear arms? Yes.
Control over them. Yeeeah, whenever and wherever possible.
But when cotnrol is totally out of the realm of capability for a great number of people, resulting in frequent and extreme violence, doesn't that mandate legislation? Isn't that why we have the rule of law, representative government, and a social ethos to begin with?
