Sotomayor
Supreme Court nominee hearings are the exact same as abortion, aren't they? For a period of time there is nothing in the world more important to wring hands over/rant & rave about etc, and yet once the election is over you can count on one hand the number of times the name/issue comes up again in public.

Important the public is made aware of how a nominee has stood on various ongoing and relevant issues, no?
While it is commonly known that the media leans toward the left, those who oppose abortion are not suddenly quiet about it. Not at all! There are all kinds of Pro-life groups across America making waves, as well as those in congress pushing legislation which would limit partial birth abortion. The Abortion issue is alive and kickin'!
