How else can you explain how quickly they came to this conclusion? For instance, I'm looking at a bag of Fritos, and, as far as I can tell, it may still hold out hope for GOP cooperation on healthcare. But not the Democrats - they have played some kind of political brain leap-frogging chess match that is making me dizzy. Wow. What's next - Democrats see little chance for OJ to return to the NFL ("Not as a starter," Baucus insists)?
